I'm glad your sister-in-law has adopted him, he's such a cutie! I don't understand how people can abandon something that small and sweet
We get a lot of abandoned animals in our neighborhood too . . . and they always seem to gravitate to my aunt's house. I think they instinctively know there are cat lovers here and they WILL be fed and watered.
